All You Need is Love

HolaHolaHola Beautifuls! It’s February, el mes del Amor. Babushka’s title is in homage to the Beatles classic song, All You Need is Love. Not only is the song a classic, but the sentiment has been shared since the start of time. Ahora, eso si, most think of the romantic type of love this month, pero BB emphasize that? JU SO FONII!!! Let’s celebrate the basics- Love YOURSELF so you can love others. Love LIFE and in turn Babushka promises all else will follow. Five little steps to help you do just that:

Say Hello World with a Smile & Grateful Corazon- A Big Stretch, A Big Heart, is all you need to start! Upon waking take a giant stretch, think how wonderful it is to have another dia (many won’t have that blessing) and say “ What maravillas, wonders await me this morning? And how will I be a bendicion al mundo?”
Have Breakfast. Ok Si, BB knows you’re thinking, “There she goes, being a Cuban Abuela again.” True. Listen to Babushka, or listen to your tripas, pero either way you need nourishment for your body and this IS the most important meal of the day. No puedes pensar si estas passed out en el piso.
Noon, Do Your Math. Que Quee?? Beautifuls, at noon add together steps 1 & 2. Stop whatever you’re doing and STREEEETCHHHH ! Do it Babushka style, BIG and Loud! Get all those juesos jumpin’ and that includes your face, so Smile!! Once you’ve smiled, remember once again how blessed you are. Join BB in her #GSOG #GigasecondOfGratitude on Feibu o Tweety si necesitan a reminder. Ahora, go have lunch.
Treat yourself. Be it time alone, reading, un cafecito, whatever fills your alma con happy vibes just thinking about it, make sure to carve out at least 10 minutos al dia to savor this selfhug.
Relaxation & Reflection. Make the last half hour of the day be of contentment and good thoughts. The day is done and tomorrow is an open possibility y promesa. Remember the magical moments of the day; comenzando with waking, there are plenty if you truly look. Ahora, with gratitude and peace in your corazon you are ready to rest.

And now with these five steps you are ready to love. Love yourselves first Beautifuls, and your Amor for life and others will follow. Y recuerden- ♫ All You Need Is Love♫
